Cllr David Saurin

Councillor David Saurin, Sinn Fein Louth, Drogheda Ward

David Saurin is forty eight years old, and is from Tullyallen. David is married to Anne and they have three children.

David has been a member of Sinn Féin for twenty years and has been active in elections during that time. The most recent being the election of Imelda Munster as the first female TD to represent Louth & East Meath.

David was co-opted onto Louth County Council following the resignation of his long time friend and comrade Alan Cassidy.

David will not be a person who simply rubberstamps decisions by officials. He has always been a vocal Sinn Féin activist and will continue to be so. He will stand up for ordinary people at the coalface of cutbacks. He will oppose reduction of services and continue to highlight inequality and argue for greater provision of services for the people of Drogheda.
